We believe that not only are we offering you the right places to visit with the right levels of personal service both here and abroad , but that our holidays should offer great value for money . Given that we are operating in a multi-national industry where conditions can change dramatically throughout the year , it is important that our clients understand how we are able to pass on to them the best possible price for their holiday .
OUR PRICING POLICY
For each hotel in this brochure , we give you ' from ' prices that represent the lowest prices for the high and low season date ranges as indicated for each hotel . These ‘ from ’ prices are accurate for that hotel for that date range at the time of going to press , but it is important to note that they may change in the course of the year , going up or down . Seasonal supplements and reductions may be applicable to those prices , flights may incur a supplement based on availability at the time of booking and these ‘ from ’ prices do not take into account any special offers ( e . g . free nights or discounts ) that may also be applicable and in fact reduce that price . In the meantime , the prices you see here are intended as a guide only and a point of comparison by which to measure the price range of each hotel . At the time you choose to book , we can offer you our best possible price by passing on to you any changes in cost brought about by exchange rate fluctuations , rate reductions supplied by hotels and special offers from airlines or any other suppliers . Our sales consultants have available full prices for all dates and durations , so it is best to speak to them so that they can work out the best possible price for your chosen holiday .
HOW OUR PRICES ARE COMPOSED
As a tour operator , we have negotiated rates with all our suppliers ( airlines , hotels , ground handlers ) that we can use to construct a holiday price . These rates are discounted rates to which we add our own margins for our time , risk , operating costs and profit as a business . Part of our operating costs as a tour operator cover financial protection for our clients , purchasing foreign currencies in advance ( and enabling us to avoid having to surcharge ), training our staff so that they are knowledgeable about the product , and so on . In this way , when you buy a holiday from a tour operator you are buying expertise and security .
HOLIDAYS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES
We believe we are offering you the most competitive prices in the market place when comparing exactly like with like . If at all in doubt , phone us for a quotation . In fact , if you find the same holiday at a lower price elsewhere we would definitely like to know about it !
SPECIAL OFFERS
We have negotiated for many of the hotels to provide special offers for our clients . These may range from free nights to room upgrades , special deals for honeymooners or families and are sometimes linked to booking before a certain date or to travelling at a certain time of year . If you can arrange your holiday to take advantage of these offers , considerable savings can be made . If you want to discuss what type of offer might be best for you , please do not hesitate to contact us . Details of the special offers can be found on the relevant hotel pages or on our website . It often happens that our suppliers introduce special offers in the course of the year , after the brochure is printed . These offers are posted to our website as and when we receive them . HOW WE CONVEY PRICE CHANGES TO YOU
Sometimes our suppliers create tactical offers that are intended to boost sales for periods when they are less busy . These offers are passed on to you as soon as we know about them but they cannot be applied retrospectively . All our sales staff are equipped with the offers available so that at the point of booking you are told about them . They are also featured on our website www . expressionsholidays . co . uk and we communicate them to you on a regular basis through the post and by email .
ACCOMMODATION ONLY
The prices in this holiday guide include a scheduled flight and transfers as well as the accommodation at the hotel . The prices in this brochure cannot be used in any form if you do not want to book the flight and transfers with us . We are more than happy to calculate a price for a stay only if you are thinking of booking your own flights . However , the price that includes flights and transfers offers much better overall value than the price we will offer for accommodation only .
BOOK EARLY FOR SPECIAL REWARDS
There is a continuing trend towards waiting until the last possible moment for the best possible deals ! However , there are also rewards for booking early - some hotels and certain room types do get booked up early in the year by those in the know , some flight capacity disappears very early on for certain key periods of the year ( Christmas and New Year , Easter and the school summer holidays , half term and so on ) and there are also numerous Early Booking deals around , to help incentivise you to book as early as possible . If you do leave it late , though , you can be sure that we will do our best to secure the holiday of your choice at the best possible price .
