Our pricing policy Price is an important issue but more important than the actual price is the need for you to receive real value for money , whatever price you pay . We offer both extremely competitive prices when you compare like for like and real value for money in the quality of service you receive from us and our suppliers and business partners .

Best available price at the time of booking Prices are not displayed in full in this brochure for the simple reason that in the course of the year there are now so many variations that come into play . The major reasons for changes to prices include variations in exchange rates , airlines give us access to a whole range of special fares for which availability varies throughout the year ( at some points there might be excellent availability for lower fares , at other times the fare we might have based the brochure price on previously will not be available and a supplement would be applicable ) and hotels introduce special offers in the course of the year . In this way when you enquire about a holiday we will give you the best available price for your holiday taking into account all the offers available in the market place at the time .

Guide price in brochure In order for you to have a fair idea of the sort of price range a particular hotel fits into , we give you a guide price for every hotel holiday in the brochure . This is based on a Type A ( standard or lowest category ) room for a given number of nights ( usually 3 , 5 or 7 as an example ) and will include the basic airline fare and hire-car or transfer rates we have priced our Italian holidays on traditionally . However , these prices are only a guide and are based on the lowest-priced season in the year . Prices for high season will be higher .

How to get a price for your holiday All you have to do to get a confirmed price for the holiday you want is to give us a call . We will have up to date prices ready for you and we will be able to quote immediately as we have always done in the past . We will have prices ready but by not publishing up to a year in advance , it means we will not be publishing prices that may have become out of date by the time you come to book your holiday . Our team of Italian specialist sales consultants will have all the details ready for when you call us .

Negotiated benefits and Special Offers We have negotiated for many of the hotels in this brochure to provide special offers for our clients . These range from free room-upgrades to free nights . These are offers that you receive by booking with us and you should not be able to find them available to the general public . Likewise , we have negotiated a range of benefits with our top quality business partners , such as British Airways . For example , flying into one airport and out of another often at no additional cost , collecting your hire-car from one place and returning it to another , Club Europe travel with British Airways , just one way or both , at modest supplements and no obligation to stay a Saturday night in Italy . Many offers are time-sensitive and can only be applied to bookings made within a certain period .

Holidays excluding travel arrangements The holiday that includes hotel accommodation , flights and hire-car or transfers offers the best value for money . If you ask us to quote for just booking the accommodation for you , we are happy to do so , but we think you will find that the overall holiday price is the best value for money . Our operating costs are the same and therefore you may find that asking us to book accommodation only appears expensive in comparison with the hotel ’ s own rates . Therefore , rather than making any travel arrangements of your own and then asking us to book accommodation only , check with us first .

Price guarantee upon booking We guarantee that once you have made a firm booking with a deposit payment , there will be no increases in the price of your holiday due to currency movements .
