TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS Scheduled return flight from London in World Traveller including UK departure taxes . Our prices are based on British Airways unless stated otherwise on each page ; Virgin Atlantic is sometimes offered as an alternative where available . Charter flights may also be offered subject to availability . Prices are based on outward and return flights being with the same airline . ( However , you may mix for example British Airways and Virgin but a supplement is applicable . Details on request .) Inter-island flights are included if applicable for your first hotel as described on each hotel page . Appropriate transfers to your hotel , usually by taxi , sometimes by private car or boat , as described on each hotel page are also included ( unless stated otherwise , usually only for hotels where it is more costeffective for you to purchase the travel arrangements locally ).
Our supplements for travel in services other than World Traveller or Economy are based on preferential rates with the airlines . These rates are based on availability at the time of booking in certain classes of service made available to us . The upgrade supplements allow you the check-in and on-board services associated with the cabin in which you are flying but do not allow you the usual flexibility with changing and cancelling associated with the full public fares for these services .
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Usually based on two people sharing a room . Some prices are based on four people sharing a two-roomed suite or apartment . All rooms have at least private shower or bath and WC . A variety of board arrangements and room types are offered . Please refer to the individual hotel pages and our important information pages . Local service and government taxes are included .
CARIBBEAN EXPRESSIONS LOCAL HELP Personally compiled notes on your hotel and island , giving you important contact telephone numbers and suggestions of sightseeing . Local representatives will arrange to visit you in Barbados , St Lucia , Grenada , Anguilla , Antigua and Nevis .
WHAT ’ S OPTIONAL
EXTRA NIGHTS Flexibility is of key importance to us and our clients . There are basic holiday prices of 7 and 14 nights with extra nights offered . Therefore you can choose to stay 9 nights in one hotel , followed perhaps by 5 nights somewhere else . ( Some hotels do have minimum lengths of stay , particularly in high season .).
PERSONAL HOLIDAY INSURANCE This is essential in case of unforeseen cancellation and illness . We do not sell our own insurance but do advise that you take out adequate insurance at the time of booking your holiday if you do not have annual travel cover .
AIRPORT PARKING Caribbean Expressions clients can pre-book a space in an airport car park with high security enclosures and full 24-hour surveillance . Frequent transfers to the terminals are provided . One week at London Gatwick costs from about £ 50 . A ‘ meet and greet ’ service can be arranged where clients are met at the airport terminal on departure and return and a professional driver parks the car . The supplement for this is about £ 50 . WHAT ’ S NOT INCLUDED
PERSONAL EXPENDITURE Such as drinks , telephone charges , additional meals ( depending on your hotel ). Some hotels charge for all water sports , others include some water sports ( particularly the non-motorised ones ) in your stay . Details on the hotel pages . Hotels that offer room service usually make an additional charge for it . All items of personal expenditure should be settled directly with the hotel before your departure . Credit cards are widely accepted ( but with some exceptions ).
DEPARTURE TAXES Each airport has its own departure tax . This can only be paid by the passenger individually at the point of departure , either when you check-in or at a separate desk . The amount varies but is usually the equivalent of US $ 10 – 30 per person . It can be paid in local dollars ( Caribbean Islands ) or US $).

TAILOR-MADE HOLIDAYS You can use this brochure to calculate a great number of different holiday combinations . However , we cannot pretend to have space to offer you every possible combination . So , if you have a particular holiday in mind , not completely covered in this brochure , then contact us for a tailor-made quotation . This can apply equally to hotels you might know of that are not in this present brochure . We may have details for them on file anyway or will negotiate a price on your behalf .
