The restaurant ’ s food is a more extravagant affair and offers a gourmet menu , perfectly paired with Gaillac wine . Guests can also dine outside where the tables offers views of the river , parkland and the hotel ’ s large outdoor swimming pool . An ideal place to explore , the hotel ’ s parkland is a wonderful combination of wooded areas , vast lawns and colourful flowers .
