L ’ Andana is located in the heart of the Maremma region in southern Tuscany , just a few kilometres from the coast and charming seaside resort of Castiglione della Pescaia with its fine sandy beach and small mediaeval township . Bedrooms are situated in two buildings : the original old villa dating back 200 years and a new building linked to the villa by a grand reception area with lounge and bar , set in a magnificent Florentine glass house , complete with a charming interior courtyard and shady garden .
