Federica Federica has joined us from Italy . She is an Italy and rail sales specialist . Languages : Italian , Korean and English .

Charlotte Charlotte joined us after working for the University of Exeter . She is a European , rail and family holidays sales specialist . Languages : Spanish and English .

Ed Ed has spent time in New Zealand and southeast Asia and is a longhaul sales specialist . He also has Spanish .

Tegan Tegan is a Modern Languages graduate from Exeter University and has travelled widely in Italy , France and Spain . She is a European and rail sales specialist . She speaks French , Spanish and English .

Tom Tom ’ s background is in Psychology and he is also a football referee at weekends . His role is in admin and agency sales .

Jharna Jharna is responsible for digital marketing and is currently taking a Master ’ s in that field .

Nishant Nishant works on finance and statistics .

Florian Florian works parttime for us on web marketing , content and product .

Two other key people that you as a client don ’ t ever come across personally are Bruce , our designer , and Andy , our IT developer , both of whom have been working with us for over 25 years .
