Spread over three buildings – the Main House , the Annexe , and the Stables – the environment is serene and calm , helped along by the interior decoration . A neutral palette infiltrates every corner of the property to fuse contemporary elegance with a hint of traditional , colonial style thanks to modern renovation work . A library and games room are great additions . A boutique villa-hotel , there are just five guestrooms ; each is of a generous size and individually decorated , with stripped wooden furniture , antiques , and teak window frames and shutters .
